To get the food just right for your guests, you need to know how much to order. Our catering portions are based on years of experience feeding families and office groups all over the Jersey Shore. We have it down to a fine art.
For small gatherings, three small trays will feed around 10-15 people, while three large trays will feed around 20-30 people. If you’re hosting the whole crew, five small trays will serve about 18-25 people, and five large trays will accommodate 36-50 people.
These serving sizes assume a good mix of adults and kids, with everyone having a small helping here and there. If you’re unsure about quantities, just let our staff know, and we’ll be happy to help you work out the right amount for your specific guest list.

We can usually handle most catering orders on short notice, but if you want the best experience, especially during the holiday season, we recommend planning ahead.
